The oven has a housing (9) containing a space (1) for electrical switches at the front (10). It incorporates an inverter net for a microwave generator. The oven assembly includes a magnetron (6). A radial fan (7) passes air through a duct (8) to the magnetron and the electrical switch space. The oven assembly includes a second ventilating fan (13) and guide ducts with entrances (16,17) at the rear of the housing.
