The arrangement comprises of a frame binding section (3) that is fixed to the frame (R) of a door or window, as well as a wing binding section (4) that is fixed to the wing (F) of the door or window. Vertically, there is hinge section of the binding section that has binding bolts (15) for forming a hinge-like turnable connection for the binding section. The binding sections (3, 4) are built as part of a prefabricated building group (7) inside the frame. The building group may comprise the hinge sections, especially the binding bolts (15). The building group has an adjustment system for adjusting the height level of the wing binding section opposite the frame binding section. The adjustment system comprises an operating system on an inclined surface (35). The operating system may comprise a conical head (9) that may be arranged in the binding section. |
