The invention refers to the wine industry.The process for must obtaining for wine production includes crushing of the grapes with pomace obtaining and must separation, at the same time, before or during crushing of the grapes there is administered sulphur dioxide in the quantity of 50...70 mg/kg, and in the obtained pomace there is introduced 0,5...2,0% iodstarch solution in a dose of 120...200 mg of iodstarch per 1 kg of pomace.
