The bag has a flat fabric piece (1) with longitudinal edges (2, 3) near which male and female assembling units (8, 9) are disposed alternatively in assembling zones (6, 7). The piece is folded along transversal axes (11, 12) and the folds are assembled opposite to each other by cooperation of the units (8, 9) along the zones to obtain the bag in utilization configuration. The transversal folding of the piece forms a pouch for a user.
