The concave brassiere cup (1) structure, consisting of outer (2) and inner (3) layers, has a stiffener (8) that projects beyond the edge of the outer layer and has an inner surface recess (9). It also has a mesh layer (10) fixed to the inner surface of the outer and/or inner layer, made from a tulle and an integral foam, or from knitted filaments in vertical and horizontal weave apertures.
