The seat frame (3) has an annular portion (31) and two connecting beams (32) with each beam including an end pivotally connected to an associated pivotal mechanism. The annular frame has two coupling sections on two opposite lateral portions. Each coupling section is pivoted and connected to another end of an associated connecting beam. Each end of a handle (13) is pivoted to an associated pivotal mechanism (2).
