The cabinet has legs (4, 5) with rectangular outer section fixed to ground and an envelope (2) fixed on legs by two sets of screws (223-225, 233-235). The screws (223, 233) are screwed in a small side of the legs to traverse a circular opening housed in attachments integrated to the envelope. The screw (225) is screwed in a large side/in end face of the legs to traverse an opening housed in the attachments or in a side of the envelope. An independent claim is also included for a method of installing an above ground cabinet for a connection device for an energy or communication distribution network.
