Disclosed are compounds of formula (I), wherein: Y is a bond, oxygen or (CH2)n, wherein n is 1-3: R is H or alkyl, Ar1 is aryl, or a mono or bicyclic heteroaryl containing up to three heteroatoms selected from N, O and S, Ar2 is phenyl, or a 5 or 6-membered heterocyclyl group containing up to 3 heteroatoms selected from N, O and S, wherein the phenyl or heterocyclyl group is substituted by R1 and further optional substituents, or Ar2 is an optionally substituted bicyclic aromatic or bicyclic heteroaromatic group containing up to 3 heteroatoms selected from N, O and S. The compounds are used in the manufacture of medicaments for the treatment of obesity, including obesity in type 2 diabetes patients, and/or sleep disorders.
