<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a search system capable of efficiently providing a search service that makes no difference between the contents actually provided by a content delivery server and targeted contents. <P>SOLUTION: The content search system 1 includes a content group storage area information storage part 3 for storing information indicating areas that store groups of contents 6 on the content delivery server; and a search part that obtains from the content group storage area information storage part 3 the information indicating the area that stores the group of contents 6 corresponding to a search request from a user terminal 4 and that checks to see if any contents matching the search request exist in the group of contents present in the area shown by the information obtained, so that, if the contents exist, the user terminal 4 is provided with information for accessing the contents. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
