<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antioxidizing composition which can inhibit the oxidation of body lipid by active oxygen, and a product containing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The antioxidizing composition comprises a lutein ester and lactoferrin. Here, the ratio W<SB>L</SB>/W<SB>R</SB>of the mass W<SB>L</SB>of the lutein ester to the mass W<SB>R</SB>of the lactoferrin is preferably 0.0012 to 12. Further, the sum (W<SB>L</SB>+W<SB>R</SB>) of the mass W<SB>L</SB>of the lutein ester and the mass W<SB>R</SB>of the lactoferrin is preferably 0.1 to 50 mass% based on the entire antioxidizing composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
