PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced resin structure which can be used for a railroad tie or the like reducing the manufacturing costs as well as securing the necessary strength. SOLUTION: A railroad tie 1, which is a fiber-reinforced resin structure of the invention, has a resin shaped body A and resin shaped body B, which has a higher strength than that of the resin shaped body A, in a form bonding to each other. The resin shaped body A is formed by solidifying a resin so that long fibers 20 are unevenly distributed therein.
