PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for connecting a header to which a filter membrane module can be easily installed and changed even in a small space. SOLUTION: Short pipes 9 arranged in predetermined pitches are slidably supported to a supporting frame 12 by a supporting member 13, joint pipes 6 having at least three-way opening end parts are arranged between the short pipes 9, and the opening end parts of the short pipes 9 and the opening end parts of the joint pipes 6 are connected by connecting members 8 rotatably and replaceably in a sealing manner.
