PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform positioning of mutual relative positions of respective lenses. SOLUTION: In order to fix the unit body 40 of a 1st optical unit 31 and a 2nd optical unit 32, a projection 40e is inserted in a boss 54e and positioning of relative positions of the unit body 40, and a unit body 54 is performed. The projection 40e and the boss 54e are fixed by a screw 60 from above along the axial direction Y. Thereby the unit body 40 and the unit body 54 are fixed at two points. At this time, relative positions among a rear lens 43, a 2nd lens group 46, a 3rd lens group 47 held by the unit body 40 and a 4th lens group 55 held by the unit body 54 on a 2nd optical axis L2 are positioned.
