PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optical apparatus, capable of suppressing potential variation of reference potential inputted to respective ICs for data current supply with a simple configuration, and to provide an electronic device equipped with the electro-optical apparatus. SOLUTION: A second external input terminal P2 for inputting a ground potential Eg which gives a reference value of the data current outputted from the ICs 7a to 7d for a first to a fourth data current supply, is connected to a second land 6b for solder mounting which is formed on first to fourth FPC substrates 3a to 3d and a third external input terminal P3 is connected to the third land 6c for solder mounting, respectively via second wiring lines Sb. A third land 6c for solder mounting formed on the first to the third FPC substrates 3a to 3c, is electrically connected to the second land 6b for solder mounting on an adjacent FPC substrate via a lead line 9. The ground potential Eg is inputted to the second land 6b for solder mounting formed on the first FPC substrate 3a and the land 6c for solder mounting formed on the fourth FPC substrate 3d.
