PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device with which a portrait with vivid expression can be taken by forming diffused light on a level of a photographic studio even under photographic environment such as a stage and the place for attraction and timely distributing the sufficient diffused light even when the position of a subject is moved. SOLUTION: The lighting device having a diffused light forming means for changing light from a light emitting means into the diffused light has a holding means for holding the lighting device on the body of a cameraman who takes a photograph.
