PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor machine of a refrigeration device, miniaturized in depth direction. SOLUTION: This outdoor machine 103 of the refrigeration device comprises a heat exchanging part 230a, an axial-flow fan rotor 140, a fan motor main body 39, and a gear driving mechanism GL. The heat exchanging part is extended along a first face as a face orthogonal to the depth direction Y. The axial-flow fan rotor has a first rotating shaft L along the depth direction. The fan motor main body has a second rotating shaft intersecting with the first rotating shaft when observed from an upper part. The axial-flow fan rotor is mounted in a state of at least partially overlapped to the heat exchanging part when observed from a side part.
