PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-fall device for a walking stick, which is excellent in portability because of capability of being set onto a walking stick body or an annular element or a strap provided on the stick for use, outstanding in wide use and serviceableness because of capability of being used in a variety of places regardless of the inside or the outside of a room, capable of being fixed regardless of the shape of an object to be fixed and securely fixed regardless of the size of a diameter of a rod-shaped object to be fixed, resistant to an impact or vibrations and excellent in usability and stability, the visual recognition at night or the like, and safety in the use. SOLUTION: The anti-fall gear for the walking stick is provided with a setting part to be detachably set onto the walking stick or the annular element or the strap provided on the stick, a stick-fixing part having at least gripping parts with the ends intersecting and oppositely disposed and each of tab parts extending from each gripping part and for fixing the stick onto the object to be fixed, a connection member, one end of which is connected to the setting part and the other end is connected to the stick-fixing part, an anti-slip part disposed at least on the inside of each end of the gripping parts and a light reservation face/a recovery and reflection face formed at least on the surface of each tab parts.
