A black surface is used to heat the medium located thereabove (water or air) by means of solar radiation. When there is a thin layer of water, it subsequently heats the air located above. If the surface is large, a whirlwind can develop, entraining the air enriched with water and being condensed further away as rain or dew. As a result, it is possible to water large areas located inside the airflow. If black surfaces are installed, it is possible to diffuse tornado areas early on in time since in the run-up thereto energy equalization occurs between the warm bottom layer of the air and the colder upper layer. The same can be achieved when the inventive device can be installed in front of endangered coastal sections, where it can cool large areas of the sea by means of air suction. |
