Sensor marks (65) which each are long in the tape width direction and have an elongated rectangular shape in a front view are previously printed at a predetermined interval (L) in the tape conveyance direction on the rear side of release paper of a double-faced adhesive tape (53) so as to be orthogonal to and symmetrical about the centerline in the width direction of the tape. On the double-faced adhesive tape (53) are arranged radio tag circuit elements (32) between the sensor marks (65) on the centerline in the tape width direction, and the elements are at positions that are each away from each of the sensor marks (65) in the tape discharge direction (direction of Arrow A1) by a distance (l1). On the other hand, an antenna (33), a reflection-type sensor (35), and a cutter unit (30) are arranged at a position away from each of the sensor marks (65) by the distance (l1) in the tape conveyance direction. Also, the cutter unit (30) and a thermal head (9) are placed so as to be separated from each other by a distance (l2) in the tape conveyance direction.
