The present invention relates to the methylated promoters of colon cancer-specific genes and use thereof, more specifically, relates to methylated promoters of the colon cancer specific expression-decreased genes, to a microarray for cancer diagnosis on which the methylated promoters are immobilized, and to a cancer diagnosis kit containing the methylated promoters. The methylated promoters of colon cancer-specific expression-decreased genes whose function is confirmed by the present invention will be useful for the early detection of cancer and as targets for screening new drugs allowing the early treatment of cancer by the regulation of their expression.
