Laminated piezoelectric material element (1) has ceramic laminate (10), side face electrodes (31,32) having metal (M) with melting point of 400[deg]C or less and metal content layers (311,321). Laminate (10) is formed by laminating piezoelectric layer (11) and internal electrode layer (21,22). Layers (311,321) are formed by melting and solidifying metal (M) on side face of laminate (10), and are joined to edge portion of layers (21,22). The laminated piezoelectric material element (1) has a ceramic laminate (10), a pair of side face electrode (31,32) provided at side face of laminate (10) and containing low melting point metal having melting point of 400[deg]C or less, and metal-containing layers (311,321). The laminate (10) is formed by alternate lamination of piezoelectric layer (11) containing piezoelectric material, and internal electrode layer (21,22) having electroconductivity. Insulation filler (5) having electrical insulation is arranged at electrical insulation-requiring region between side face electrode and internal electrode layer. The layers (311,321) are formed by melting and solidifying low melting point metal on side face of ceramic laminate. The layers (311,321) are directly joined to edge portion of internal electrode layer. The metal-containing layer contains alloy having silver and/or copper, and tin, indium and/or gallium.
