PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a camera main body equipped with a hybrid focus detecting means capable of performing a focusing control at higher speed and with higher accuracy, and a photographing lens and a camera system. SOLUTION: The camera main body is provided with a semi-transmission member 9 for branching a luminous flux passing through the photographing lens 1 into reflection light and transmission light, a 1st focus detecting means of a phase difference detection system for detecting the focal state of the photographing lens by using the luminous flux transmitting through the half-transmission member, and a 2nd focus detecting means of a contrast detection system for detecting the focal state of the photographing lens on the basis of a video signal obtained by an imaging device 14 arranged in a position where the object image is formed with the luminous flux reflected by the half-transmission member.
