PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing structure of a turbocharger capable of obtaining excellent sealing property by a simple configuration. SOLUTION: This sealing structure of the turbocharger is provided with a turbine shaft 21 having an outer peripheral face 21a extending along a central axis 101 and forming a seal ring channel 45 on the outer peripheral face 21a, a bearing housing 31 having an inner peripheral face 31a extending at a position where it faces the seal ring channel 45, and a seal ring 41 stored in the seal ring channel 45 by providing a clearance in the direction in which the central axis 101 is extended and having elastic force for energizing the inner peripheral face 31a. The inner peripheral face 31a is formed by inclining for the central axis 101 so that distance A from the central axis 101 to the inner peripheral face 31a is increased from one side toward the other side in the direction in which the central axis 101 is extended.
