摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control unit of an engine capable of radiating the heat of electronic parts and maintaining the temperature of electronic parts stably even under high temperature atmosphere in an engine compartment. SOLUTION: A base 5 on which electronic parts are loaded is mounted on a heat transfer plate 3 and is covered with a cover 6 and a thermal insulation member 7. A heat radiation pin 4 protruding from the heat transfer plate 3 is inserted into a pin hole 8 of a cylinder block 2 to attach the electronic control unit 1 to a side face part of the cylinder block 2, and a tip part of the heat radiation pin 4 is inserted into a water jacket 10. Heat is transferred between cooling water in the water jacket 10 having sufficient heat capacity and adjusted to fixed temperature and the electronic parts on the base 5 through the heat transfer plate 3 and the heat radiation pin 4 to radiate heat of the electronic parts and maintain temperature of the electronic parts stably even under high temperature atmosphere.
