PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake-air volume control device sucking an intake air volume accurately compensated for an increment of electric power when voltage is changed so that load is increased stepwise. SOLUTION: The intake-air volume control device controls the intake air volume for an internal combustion engine according to electric power control to an electric load device and comprises a computation means for computing a reference intake air volume according to operation condition of the internal combustion engine, a comparison means for comparing a duty value for the electric load device and a predetermined duty value and a control means for controlling the device to suck an intake air volume adding the reference intake air volume and a compensation value proportional to the duty value when the duty value is smaller than the predetermined duty value and for controlling the device to suck an intake air volume adding the reference intake air volume and a predetermined constant for a time period until an electric current value of the electric load device reaches a steady value when the duty value is larger than the predetermined duty value.
