In a first radio cell (C3) on a network side, signals for a connection pass to a subscriber station (MS) in a first frequency band (DL1). In a second radio cell (C4) on the network side, a broadcast signal (S) is transmitted in the DL1 and received by the MS so as to deliver a connection for signals to be transmitted to the MS for a connection from the DL1 into a second frequency band (DL2). Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) A cellular radio communications system; (B) and for a method for assisting connection delivery in a cellular radio communications system; (C) and for a network station for a cellular radio communications system.
