<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a sleeping room of a comfortable air-conditioned state. <P>SOLUTION: This sleeping capsule comprises a leg part air circulating part 70 erected at a leg side end part of a floor base 21. The leg part air circulating part 70 is provided with a supply opening 71 for supplying conditioned air horizontally to the sleeping chamber 11, and suction openings 72 formed on both sides of the supply opening 71 for sucking the indoor air of the sleeping chamber 11. The leg part air circulating part 70 forms an air flow space where the conditioned air supplied from the supply opening 71 flows from a leg part side to a head part side along a sleeping face.
