PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation information device for an image output device for facilitating management of the image output device from the viewpoint of TCO and to provide an operation information providing method, an operation information providing program, and a storage medium for it.

SOLUTION: This device information acquisition device acquires device information having model information about a model of the information output device from the image output device via a network. This device information acquisition device is provided with a device information transmission command transmission means, which refers to an image output device list DB storing a list of image output devices acquiring the device information and an image output device list DB to instruct transmission of the device information to the image output device stored in the image output device list, and a device information receipt means receiving the device information from the image output device to which transmission of the device information is instructed.
