<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device, a process cartridge, and an image forming apparatus that can nearly use up toner stored in a toner storage part without leaving remainder while reducing packing of a developer produced at both end part of a developer storage part. <P>SOLUTION: The developing device is equipped with the developer storage part 23 which stores the developer G, the toner storage part 25 which stores the toner T and is communicated with the developer storage part 23 through an opening 24, and a toner conveying member 27 which conveys the toner T stored in the toner storage part 25 toward the opening 24. Then the developing device is constituted in such a way that the amount of toner replenished from the opening part 24 to the developer storage part 23 is smaller at both width-directional ends than at the width-directional center part.
