<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna switch circuit and a high-frequency module mounting the circuit which effectively reduce a signal leakage at an intersecting portion when an operating frequency becomes high. <P>SOLUTION: A high-frequency signal line 81 for transmitting a transmission signal inputted to transmission terminals 1 and 2 to an antenna terminal 8 and for transmitting a reception signal inputted to the antenna terminal to reception terminals 3-6, and signal lines 25-32 transmitting a control signal controlling on and off of switches 9 and 10 connected to a middle of the high-frequency signal line between the transmission terminal and the antenna terminal, switches 13-16, 9, 10, 13-16 connected to the middle of the high-frequency signal line between the reception terminal and the antenna terminal. For example, the signal line 26 is wired through resistors 40 and 41 arranged across an intersecting portion 35 which intersects the high-frequency signal line, and the signal line 30 is wired through resistors 44 and 45 arranged across an intersecting portion 37 which intersects the high-frequency signal line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
