<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarm system for prevention of a vehicle from burglary capable of precluding issuing of an erroneous alarm while a drop of the burglary preventing performance is precluded. <P>SOLUTION: When a remote start control device 14 has received an engine start command transmitted from an external transmitter 10, the code stored in a code storing part 14c of the remote start control device 14 is collated with the code stored in a code storing part of a burglary preventive device 16.
