<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new useful storage device for a notebook computer capable of retracting a notebook computer from a top plate for storing it compactly during absence of a user. <P>SOLUTION: A drawer 2 is inserted into/pulled out from a storage space 1a while housing the notebook computer in it.
