PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a resin molding, the method which does not damage mechanical characteristics of a main base material constituting molding members, which does not accompany deformation by heat and which produces a film having functionality uniformly and in a thin form and thus is suitable for forming a film having plural different functionalities. SOLUTION: On the surface of a core 20a fabricated by a processing method such as press working and cutting, functional thin films 20b, 20c are coated with powder coating or solvent coating. The core 20 coated with the functional thin films 20b, 20c is attached to a mold and a resin is injection molded. Since the functional thin films 20b, 20c coated on the surface of the core 20a is fused, compatibilized and thus bonded with the injection molded resin, it is possible, when the core 20a is removed after the molding, to manufacture the resin molding in which the functional thin films 20b, 20c uniform in thickness, free of nonuniformity in functions to be exhibited and not adversely affecting the physical properties of the resin as the base material are formed on the surface of the void portion.
