摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system of a deep cooling system 1 capable of stably controlling a degree of cooling in a deep cooling heat exchanger 41, and performing the operation of low energy loss by sufficiently activating capability of the system, in the deep cooling system 1 comprising gas-liquid separation tanks 31-34, a hydrogen/low pressure methane separation tank 51, a demethanizing tower 61, a reflux tank 71 and the deep cooling heat exchanger 41. <P>SOLUTION: This control system comprises (I) a temperature acquiring means 9-1 for acquiring a temperature relating to the hydrogen/low pressure methane separation tank 51, (II) flow rate acquiring means 9-21 to 9-23 for acquiring flow rates of medium-pressure methane fraction and high-pressure methane fraction, and (III) a cooling degree control means 9-3 for controlling a degree of cooling by the deep cooling heat exchanger 41 on the basis of the temperature acquired by the temperature acquiring means 9-1, and the flow rates acquired by the flow rate acquiring means 9-21 to 9-23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p>
