PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic latent image developing toner having excellent storage property and document offset resistance in high-speed fixing or oil-less fixing, and to provide an electrostatic latent image developer and a method for manufacturing the electrostatic latent image developing toner. SOLUTION: The electrostatic latent image developing toner contains at least a binder resin, a colorant and a release agent, wherein the release agent contains hydrocarbon components. The straight-chain hydrocarbon component included in the hydrocarbon components has a distribution of carbon numbers, wherein a component in the range from N-4 to N+4 carbon number with respect to the average carbon number N accounts≥80 mass% of the entire hydrocarbon components, and components with≤N-10 carbon number and≥N+10 carbon number account≤0.05 mass% of the entire hydrocarbon components.
