PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of requiring a large number of sensors, being unable to photograph only when a door is opened by a certain specific distance or more by arranging a camera in an upper part in a refrigerator, and being problematic in design performance, due to having and controlling a large number of sensors for simultaneously controlling the inside and the outside of a consumer electronics apparatus. SOLUTION: This invention has a casing arranged in a partition part of equipment and an apparatus, forming a part of the partition part and rotatable while maintaining closure of the partition part, and the sensor stored in the casing, detecting an external state via the casing and capable of changing the detecting direction by turning; and can detect a state in the respective directions to the partition part by at least one rotational movement of the casing and the sensor.
