PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible tube capable of eliminating influence completely even when transmitting vibration of a vehicle to a spherical face joint part directly, reducing its weight, and improving protection measures and working efficiency for assembling and to provide a manufacturing method for an internal pipe of the flexible tube. SOLUTION: In this flexible tube 10 arranged in an exhaust passage for exhaust gas of an engine and constituted by outer bellows 31b of an external pipe and the bendable internal pipe 4 provided with a plurality of spherical face joint parts F, G, flexible bellows or a bead 4d having smaller diameter than radius of curvature of the spherical face joint parts F, G and swelling in the direction of diameter expansion is provided between the spherical face joint part F of the internal pipe 4 and a pipe end part 4a being a connection part of the internal pipe 4.
