A translational language system and method for structuring irregular, or unstructured, information are provided. The language system comprising at least one compulsory characteristic for defining a particular nuance of an irregular communication; and at least one term or phrase corresponding to the at least one compulsory characteristics for further defining the particular nuance of the irregular communication.
