<p>The invention relates to a method for forming a dump for combustion waste from coal power plants. According to the invention, the method for forming a new dump consists in preparing the sludge from the dry ash caught from burnt gas channels and electric filters, the wet slag beneath the boiler, the by-products from the desulphuring installation and water, pumping the same onto the dam reservation for setting in the new dump where, by using local material and terracing means, there are made two short initiating dams between which, by means of some distribution and outlet conduits, there is ensured the discharge and deposit of the sludge to be hardened, thereby being formed the base of the set in dams whereover short superelevation dams are serially made from the sludge deposited on the lower levels, the sludge to be hardened being discharged therebetween, by means of outlet conduits, resulting in a set in dam of 3...5 m high behind which there is discharged and deposited sludge to be stored, dams for the superelevation of the dump following to be made after the filling thereof, said superelevation dams being made of deposited sludge and fresh slime, in a similar way as the set in dam, the sludge being discharged to be stored behind said superelevation dams. For the superelevation of an extant dump built by using the classic solution, the set in dams are made of the slag and ash in the deposit, the sludge to be hardened being deposited therebetween, by means of some distribution and outlet conduits, small superelevation dams following to be made of sludge, in a similar way as the set in dam, thereby resulting superelevation boundary dams of about 3...5 m high, the sludge to be stored being discharged therebehind.</p> |
