<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily produce an XML description command group corresponding to an application for other equipment used on a network. <P>SOLUTION: A digital composite machine 1 that is an embodiment of this image processor is connected to network equipment such as FAX servers 2, 3 or a document server 4 via the network 5. The digital composite machine 1 acquires a schema registered correspondingly to the application for the other network equipment such as the FAX server. When using the other network equipment, the digital composite machine 1 produces the command group described by XML by use of the acquired schema, and transmits the command group to the corresponding network equipment together with image data of a processing target.
