<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for food extraction made of only adhesive composite synthetic fiber without using a chemical binder or chemical agent such as a paper-making auxiliary agent, excellent in safety to humans and hygienic properties, without influencing the global environment, and with satisfactory capabilities for the manufacturing process of bags, thermal stability, evenness of quality, and extraction, etc. <P>SOLUTION: The fiber web, whose basis weight is 10-50 g/m<SP>2</SP>and which is made of thermal adhesive composite fiber, is manufactured by the air-laid method, and the fibers are combined and integrated by heating to make the synthetic fiber air-laid sheet for food extraction. The fineness of the thermal adhesive composite fiber is 1.2-4.5 dt, and the melting point of a sheath component as a low-melting-point component of the core sheath type composite fiber or a low-melting-point component of a side-by-side type composite fiber is 135-170°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
