PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate operation of an elevator for a user riding on the elevator from a specific place and getting down to a specific place. SOLUTION: The guide device is provided with a memory for memorizing calling information for calling the elevator, i.e., control information of the elevator on a specific route making a specific room in a building as origin or terminal and information for designating a stopping floor of the elevator; an information communication means for transmitting the calling information for calling the elevator near a specific door 18 of the elevator on the specific route and transmitting the information for designating the stopping floor of the elevator on the specific route in an elevator room 22; and an activation means for activating the information communication means.
