PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a pressure-resistant container reinforced by winding a fiber bundle around a liner wherein dome parts are connected to both ends of a cylinder to prevent the damage of the liner by sharply reducing the load acting on the liner at the time of winding of the fiber bundle, and a fiber bundle winding apparatus used in the manufacturing method of the pressure-resistant container. SOLUTION: When the fiber bundle 20 is wound around the liner 10, a first bobbin group is arranged to a first movable rail 3 rotated around the liner while a second bobbin group is arranged to the second movable rail 4 adjacent to the first movable rail 3 to be rotated around the liner 10 and the first and second bobbin groups are rotated around the liner 10 in mutually opposite directions while reciprocally moving the liner 10 in its axial direction.
