PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic image editor capable of reducing an edit time for editing dynamic image data and decreasing a reproduction time when the dynamic image data are reproduced and displayed. SOLUTION: A control unit 1 designates user designation unnecessary dynamic image data for each of a plurality of the dynamic image data displayed on an operation menu in response to an adjustment instruction by a user. The control unit 1 respectively stores a plurality of the dynamic image data to which the user designation unnecessary dynamic image data are designated in response to a storage instruction by the user as a plurality of edited dynamic image data to a storage device 3. The control unit 1 selects the first edit dynamic image data among a plurality of the edit dynamic image data stored in the storage device 3 in response to a first edit dynamic image data reproduction instruction by the user and reproduces and displays the dynamic image data other than the user designation unnecessary dynamic image data among the first edit dynamic image data on a display apparatus 2.
