PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifuge whose operating or working properties are improved by arranging the door closing the opening of the rotor chamber tightly so that the door can be opened and closed with a small force. SOLUTION: An air ventilating valve 11 capable of opening and closing is arranged between the inside and outside of a rotor chamber 3 closed tightly with the door 5 so that the valve 11 is opened temporarily when the door 5 is closed or opened.
