PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To radically improve a construction method of the conventional concrete laying block managed to use a shiri-kai-ishi. SOLUTION: A small hole is made in the back of the non-independent type concrete laying block. One end of a short rod-like material (for example, a material with short cut off reinforcement) is inserted in the hole, the other end section of the rod-like material is made height adjustment on a backward cobble stone (supporting structure body) to maintain a block posture.
