PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aromatic polycarbonate resin composition which has excellent mechanical properties, thermal properties, light resistance and hue, and is useful for light-conducting plates of liquid crystal display devices, diffusion plates, reflection plates, protection films, retardation films, illumination covers, illumination signboards, transmission screens, various displays and the like, and to provide a molded article using the resin composition. SOLUTION: This aromatic polycarbonate resin composition comprises 100 pts. wt. of an aromatic polycarbonate and 0.1 to 4 pts. wt. of a UV light absorbent having the longest absorbed wavelength of≤380 nm.
