PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail device for conveyance capable of accurately manufacturing the twisted portion of a rail material at low cost. SOLUTION: This rail device for conveyance comprises a core 1, a plurality of connection members 2, and the rail material 3. The core is formed in a roughly circular shape in cross section having an irregular engagement part 4 around its outer periphery. The connection members 2 are piece materials having a hollow part 5 of roughly circular shape in cross section and a rail material mounting part 6, and comprises an irregular engaged part around the inner periphery of the hollow part. The engaged part is engageable with the engagement part of the core. The rail member 3 comprises running parts 8 and 9 for running rollers and a mounting part 10 for the connection members and is formed by twisting at least a part thereof in the longitudinal direction. The plurality of connection members are engaged with the core in the longitudinal direction, the twisted part of the rail material is engaged with the core after being gradually rotated in the circumferential direction for each connection member, and the rail material is mounted across the plurality of connection members.
