PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction control device for an endoscope without fear of leakage of a suction material to outside. SOLUTION: A distal end portion side suction hole 21 connected to the distal end portion of the endoscope, a suction side suction hole 26 connected to a suction source, and a leak hole 28 are bored in a tubular body 15. Further, a communicating channel 45 for leakage for communicating the leak hole 28 and the suction side suction hole 26 is formed in the tubular body 15. A lid portion 41 is formed in a moving body 16 moving up and down 16 in the tubular body 15. The moving body can move between a standby P1 where the leak hole 28 and the channel 45 for leakage communicate while closing the distal end portion side suction hole 21 by the lid portion 41 and a suction position where the lid portion 41 is spaced from the distal end side suction hole 21, the distal end portion side suction hole 21 and the suction side suction hole 26 communicate, and the leak hole 28 and the channel 45 for leakage do not communicate. Further, the distal end portion side suction hole 21 is closed, the leak hole 28 and the channel 45 for leakage do not communicate between the standby position P1 and the suction position.
