PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric filter which realizes miniaturization preventing Q impairment of an inductor, and not increasing a filter insertion loss. SOLUTION: Upper and lower ground electrodes are installed on resonant elements 52, 53, the upper ground electrode is formed of upper ground electrodes 57a, 57b which correspond to a large wide part, and at the same time, do not form patterns of parts corresponding to narrow wide parts 52c, 53c, and the upper ground electrode 58 which corresponds to the narrow wide parts 52c, 53c, and at the same time, formed on an upper layer further of a layer in which upper ground electrodes 57a, 57b are located. The lower ground part is formed of lower ground electrodes 60a, 60b which correspond to the large wide part, and at the same time, do not form patterns of parts corresponding to the narrow wide parts 52c, 53c, and a lower ground electrode 61 which corresponds to the narrow wide part 52c, 53c, and at the same time, formed on a lower layer further of a layer in which ground electrodes 60a, 60b are located.
